Responsibility, contact and scope
These Terms of Use apply to renanjet.io, RenanJet communication channels and features that identify them as applicable conditions. Responsibility for administering and operating the brand rests with the party that does so, referred to here as RenanJet. The official contact is service@renanjet.io. Using the brand in this document does not remove legal duties or prevent competent authorities from establishing responsibilities.
Conditions concerning accounts, rides, deliveries, payments and other services apply when the relevant feature is actually available and used. Visiting the institutional site, reading text or sending a message does not automatically book a ride, create an authenticated account or authorize a financial operation. Service-specific conditions should be communicated before the relevant confirmation together with these terms and applicable mandatory rights.
RenanJet's connection proposition
RenanJet's proposition is an online aggregator for mobility and deliveries: connecting people who need a ride or delivery with those who drive, ride motorcycles or deliver. Direct negotiation can consider the route, time, need and service conditions. Requesters and partner professionals have different roles in agreeing and performing a service. This model should coexist with clear information, safety and the rules of the territory where an activity takes place.
Aggregator describes a connection model rather than an automatic exemption from responsibility. Duties of the platform, professionals, requesters and others depend on the activity, facts and law. These terms do not by themselves determine the nature of an employment, consumer or service relationship or remove nonwaivable rights. Describing a service on the site does not mean it is authorized in every city or country.
Information, acceptance and specific conditions
You can review these terms before using a feature and keep a copy for reference. Where a contract or feature requires acceptance, the relevant conditions should be accessible and understandable in the corresponding flow. Questions about obligations, prices or permissions should be resolved before confirmation. This document does not turn simple browsing into consent for purposes unrelated to what you choose.
Information specific to a request, proposal or contract should be considered with these terms without reducing legal protections. Advertising and offers have the effects provided by law where applicable; a general condition cannot erase a valid commitment. Features, local availability and requirements may vary, but material changes should be communicated appropriately without unexpected charges or conditions imposed after an agreement.
Capacity, minors and representation
To contract independently or undertake obligations requiring full capacity, you must be eighteen or have the capacity required by applicable law. This contractual condition does not claim the website automatically verifies every visitor's age. Minors' participation in permitted contexts depends on law, necessary supervision or permission and specific rules, prioritizing children's and teenagers' protection and best interests.
Anyone acting for a business, establishment or another person must have authorization appropriate to the request or confirmation. Using someone else's identity, undertaking obligations without authority or entering another person's data to bypass restrictions is not permitted. Guardians should assess suitable features; a clause here does not replace permissions, safety requirements or legal protection duties.
Accounts, identity and Google sign-in
Continue with Google is the primary option presented in RenanJet's sign-in experience. Authentication and account creation depend on an enabled flow, your action and the conditions actually displayed; showing the button does not mean an account already exists. Where this method is used, identity should be validated by the provider. RenanJet does not request your Google account password through a form, message or support channel.
Identity information supplied or linked to an account should be accurate and kept up to date as the feature requires. Identity permissions do not grant general access to emails, contacts, files or banking data. Additional information needed for professional activity or a contract requires a stated purpose and appropriate grounds. Provider conditions apply to its environment without removing RenanJet's responsibility for its own processing.
Protecting access and reporting problems
Protect access to your device and authentication environments. Do not share passwords, confirmation codes or permissions with people claiming to be support outside official channels. If you notice misuse of an account or a request made in your name, report it through the official channel with information needed for assessment. Identity or report checks should be proportionate without requiring excessive data just to begin handling a case.
Impersonation, improperly obtained credentials, exploiting flaws or creating access intended to defraud conditions are not permitted. RenanJet may apply technical safeguards appropriate to risks and law, including necessary temporary limits. Such measures do not automatically make you responsible for every incident: causes, security duties and rights are assessed in light of the facts.
Requesters, partners and necessary information
Requesters should provide relevant information: starting point, destination, space requirements, collection details or important handling needs according to the service used. Providers should assess their ability, documentation, vehicle and conditions for meeting the agreement. False information or material omissions can affect the agreement and lead to consequences consistent with the law and facts.
The parties should check details before performance and communicate changes affecting the service. An agreement does not authorize dangerous behavior, discrimination or failure to meet local requirements. RenanJet's view of autonomy includes assessing a proposal and declining unsuitable conditions. There is no promise of income, request volume or commercial exclusivity; specific obligations depend on what is validly agreed.
Proposals, negotiation and confirmation

Where negotiation is available, a proposal should make the service and its price understandable. Starting point, destination, service type, relevant details, price and any additional components should be considered before confirmation. Requesting an estimate or viewing a proposal does not necessarily mean acceptance; the confirmation step and effects should be clear. Misleading someone into accepting through false or incomplete information is not permitted.
Material changes to a route, stops, volume or conditions require communication and an agreement consistent with the service and law. Neither party should impose a later increase without appropriate grounds and information. Free negotiation does not authorize discriminatory prices, coercion, fraud or charging for an unperformed service without valid grounds. Keep relevant information and use support channels without exposing private data on Mural Jet.
Conditions for car rides
Car rides should consider vehicle capacity, passenger count, luggage, safe meeting points and route conditions. Requesters and professionals should communicate needs affecting suitability without discrimination or unnecessary disclosure of personal data. Documentation, driving licenses, vehicle requirements and authorizations must be observed according to territory and activity. Describing the service does not prove a participant is qualified.
Traffic rules and required equipment must be respected during a trip. Do not request excess passengers, dangerous driving or unsafe stopping places. Drivers should assess real road conditions and not treat a digital estimate as permission to drive improperly. Accessibility, accommodation and passenger transport depend on applicable rights and requirements rather than a general exclusion in these terms.
Conditions for motorcycle rides
Motorcycle services need special attention to road conditions, protective equipment, transport capacity and local authorization. Helmets and other mandatory requirements must be observed. Passengers and professionals should assess suitability, including luggage, boarding conditions and any restrictions. Urgency does not justify dispensing with equipment or carrying out prohibited transport.
Professionals should respect limits, signs and safety conditions; passengers should not pressure them to speed or maneuver illegally. A reference to speed is not a guarantee of arrival at an exact time. Weather, roads or a person's condition may require appropriate adjustment or interruption. Negotiating a price does not remove care obligations or replace licenses and other service requirements.
Deliveries, parcels and handling
Senders should describe an item sufficiently to assess transport, dimensions, weight, packaging, collection and destination points and necessary handling. The vehicle and service type should be suitable. Fragile, perishable or specifically regulated items require appropriate assessment and conditions where accepted by the feature. A delivery option is not blanket authorization to transport any goods.
Connections must not be used for unlawful items, concealed dangerous goods or transport without required authorization. Do not send cash, sensitive documents or high-risk goods without suitable specific conditions. Sender and professional should agree on collection, recipient identification and relevant completion information while respecting privacy. Disputes, loss or damage should be reported with enough information; responsibility considers the service, duties of care and law without automatically exempting the platform.
Location, routes and estimates
Addresses, coordinates, meeting points and route references help explain a service where the feature is available. Check that a selected point represents the intended place and permits a safe meeting. Location signals, map data and network conditions can affect information. The institutional site uses approximate IP-based country information for language selection and does not request GPS during ordinary browsing.
Distances, times and routes presented as estimates are references subject to actual conditions rather than promises of absolute punctuality. Traffic, weather, works, stops and route changes may alter results. Using a route does not replace signs, law or careful driving. Features involving precise location or sharing between participants should present necessary information and permissions in context.
Payments and banking authentication

Payments and financial features should only use methods actually presented for the service. An available feature involving bank account access should authenticate in the responsible institution's official environment with permissions for defined purposes and scope. Do not send banking passwords, tokens, confirmation codes or credentials through support, Mural Jet or RenanJet forms. Google sign-in is not banking authorization.
Operations should be confirmed through the appropriate flow; a receipt or screenshot alone does not necessarily establish settlement. Check amounts, recipient, conditions and costs before authorizing. These rules do not declare RenanJet a financial institution or qualified Open Finance participant. Refunds, failures, chargebacks and disputes depend on applicable rules and duties without waiving user rights.
Costs, fees and billing information
Charges relating to the platform or service require grounds, prior information and understandable conditions. Where a feature uses commission, fees, subscriptions, additional costs or cancellation charges, amounts or criteria and applicability should be explained before the corresponding contract. These terms do not themselves create a fee, subscription or automatic debit permission. This document does not advertise a nonexistent price schedule.
Charges can be queried through the official channel with relevant assessment information. Do not use threats, private-data exposure or false information to pressure someone. Tax obligations, documents and financial responsibilities depend on the activity and law rather than being assigned indiscriminately to users by a general statement. An agreed price does not remove rights regarding improper billing or service failure.
Cancellations, interruptions and refunds
Where a request can be canceled, conditions should explain how and the possible effects. Assessment considers service stage, agreement, any performance and legal rights. A fee requires valid terms, information and appropriate grounds; reading these terms alone does not authorize a charge. Missed meetings, location disputes or safety barriers should be communicated without endangering anyone.
Refunds, billing corrections and withdrawal rights are considered where provided by law and applicable to the actual contract. RenanJet does not automatically forfeit all amounts on cancellation or exclude challenges to unperformed or defective services. There is no promise of an immediate refund in every case: procedures should consider facts, payment method and relevant deadlines while informing users and preserving rights.
Permitted conduct and prohibited use
Using RenanJet should respect people's safety and dignity, good faith and feature conditions. Asking questions, assessing proposals, sharing experiences responsibly and raising legitimate complaints are permitted. Disagreeing with a condition or reporting a difficulty does not justify retaliation or arbitrary exclusion. Applying rules should consider context, seriousness and involved parties' rights.
The conduct below is incompatible with the platform's proposition. Protection or moderation measures should be proportionate and grounded rather than imposing general financial penalties. Abuse may require restrictions, investigation or referral to authorities where appropriate; that does not make every report or criticism prohibited.
- Defrauding identities, proposals, payments, documents or service records.
- Threats, harassment, discrimination, violence or improper disclosure of data.
- Requesting or performing unlawful activity, unauthorized transport or dangerous conduct.
- Publishing passwords, credentials, authentication codes or others' private information.
- Sending spam, malware or content intended to harm channels or users.
- Exploiting vulnerabilities, bypassing controls or obtaining unauthorized access.
- Using others' content without permission or a lawful exception.
- Manipulating information or knowingly making false reports to harm another person.
Mural Jet and submitted content

Mural Jet is a public space for ideas, experiences and community conversations. Posting or commenting requires Google sign-in; reading and liking do not. Publications use a nickname and may appear to visitors and search engines. Private account details are not displayed publicly. Content is published after technical validation and remains subject to moderation and community rules. Attachments are not accepted. Do not post documents, financial information or details that unnecessarily expose yourself or others.
You retain the rights you hold in your content. Requesting publication grants limited, nonexclusive permission to store, reproduce and display it as needed to operate Mural Jet, including formatting adjustments that do not distort meaning. This does not transfer ownership or permit indiscriminate data sales or unrelated advertising use. Removal requests and record retention follow applicable rights and obligations.
Moderation, safeguards and review
RenanJet may review content, decline publication or restrict interactions for abuse, risk, rights violations or incompatibility with a feature, considering law and circumstances. Urgent measures may be necessary to prevent harm. Removal does not always depend on a court order: handling notices and unlawful content should consider applicable duties and decisions rather than assuming immunity for hosting third-party material.
People seeking clarification or contesting a measure may contact the official channel with sufficient references. Information and review opportunities should suit the situation, subject to legitimate security, privacy or authority restrictions. Moderation does not guarantee every publication is true or allow rights to be erased. Legitimate criticism, good-faith reports and access to courts are not violations merely because they are unfavorable to the brand.

The website provides contact, reporting and the official email service@renanjet.io. Supply context, an existing reference and needed information to help assessment without exposing data on Mural Jet. Contact and report forms require name and email, with optional phone and no attachments. Relevant documents can be emailed with care and limited to what is needed under the data policy.
These channels are not emergency services and do not guarantee instant responses. For an immediate threat to anyone's safety, contact local emergency services and competent authorities. Support can help organize information, handle requests and meet relevant duties, but it does not replace medical assistance, public security or a court decision. Contacting RenanJet first is not required to exercise rights before competent bodies.
Personal data, permissions and privacy
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy and should be read with the conditions of the feature used. Identity, contact, location and financial-operation information have their own purposes and requirements. Accepting terms is not universal consent to every collection or sharing activity. Language cookies, theme preferences, technical records and channel submissions follow the privacy document's explanations.
Avoid unnecessary exposure of others' data and use information received in an interaction lawfully and consistently with its purpose. RenanJet's responsibilities for processing remain subject to the LGPD and other applicable rules. Access, correction, erasure and other requests can be made through the official channel under the law; justified record retention does not permit public disclosure of private data.
Brand, content and intellectual property

Brand assets, logos, institutional texts, images, visual elements and code have rights and licenses that should be respected. Viewing a page does not grant unrestricted permission to commercially exploit the brand, reproduce the site's identity or claim to represent RenanJet. Lawful uses, accessibility, quotations and applicable exceptions remain preserved rather than being prohibited contrary to those rights.
User content remains subject to its owners' rights and limited permission needed for Mural Jet. Report suspected misuse of a work, brand or other right with enough information to locate and assess it through the official channel. A notice should not use false identity or claim nonexistent rights. RenanJet may take appropriate lawful action without promising an automatic solution to every dispute.
Availability and responsibility limits
Access may be affected by maintenance, connectivity, technical failures, external conditions or safeguards. RenanJet should address problems and communicate relevant impacts consistently with circumstances and obligations. There is no promise of uninterrupted operation, financial returns, permanent partner availability or absolute accuracy of every estimate. This does not authorize breach of a valid offer or remove responsibility for failures attributable to the platform.
Assigning damages and duties should consider conduct, applicable obligations and their connection to an outcome under the law. These terms do not provide a general exemption for RenanJet's own acts, consumer waivers, artificial compensation limits or automatic transfer of every risk to users. Third parties' responsibility does not remove RenanJet's duties. Exceptional circumstances are assessed within legal limits rather than triggering an automatic exclusion merely by naming an event.
Changes, closure and continuity
These terms may be updated to reflect actual feature or requirement changes. The date identifies the version; material conditions should be communicated clearly and, where necessary, require appropriate acceptance. New wording should not retroactively impose unexpected obligations on validly confirmed services or create consent for a new data purpose. Earlier rights and commitments remain subject to law.
Closing a feature, account where present or contractual relationship should consider pending operations, payments, data and obligations. Abuse restrictions must respect proportionality and rights and do not authorize improper withholding of funds. Transferring or reorganizing activity should preserve legally required conditions and communicate material changes. You can stop using a feature without prejudice to valid obligations and your rights to challenge them.
Law, interpretation and courts
Relationships subject to Brazilian law should observe, as relevant, consumer law, civil law, the LGPD, Internet Civil Rights Framework and applicable traffic, transport and professional rules. Activity elsewhere requires attention to local requirements and mandatory rights. A language, the word aggregator or a contractual clause does not replace this assessment or authorize operation everywhere.
For disputes relating to these terms where choosing a court is legally permitted and has the connection required by Article 63 of Brazil's Code of Civil Procedure, Brasília, Federal District, Brazil is designated. This is not exclusive to the detriment of mandatory rights: legally competent courts, consumers' home courts where guaranteed and other jurisdictions' applicable rules remain preserved. Mandatory arbitration or waiver of access to courts is not required.
Where a provision cannot take effect in a particular situation, legal rights and duties remain applicable and other conditions are considered to the extent valid.
