Clear information. Respect for people.
Responsibility and official contact
This Privacy Policy applies to renanjet.io, its communication channels and RenanJet features that identify it as the applicable policy. The party administering and operating the RenanJet brand is responsible for processing decisions in those environments and is referred to here as RenanJet or the controller. This description does not remove legal duties, actual responsibilities or the authority of competent bodies.
The official privacy contact is service@renanjet.io. You can use it to ask questions, make a request about your data or report a situation needing attention. The website contact form also receives messages. These channels do not restrict your right to contact Brazil's National Data Protection Authority, consumer protection bodies or the courts where appropriate.
Scope, principles and your choices
RenanJet uses Brazil's General Personal Data Protection Law, the LGPD, as a reference and considers the Brazilian Internet Civil Rights Framework and other applicable Brazilian rules. Laws in other territories, such as the European GDPR and local privacy laws, are considered where their scope covers a particular activity. Offering different website languages does not itself change the reach of a law or mean transport operates in every country.
Purpose, necessity, transparency, security and respect for rights guide this policy. Processing should correspond to the feature used and the interaction's context. Describing a data category does not mean collecting all of it continuously. Reading this policy or browsing the site is not blanket consent to advertising, banking access, precise location or any purpose unrelated to your choice.
Data involved in browsing
When you access the website, your connection provides technical information needed to deliver the page, such as network address, time and browser. Security and service logs are separate from optional usage statistics. This browsing does not access files, private messages or content in other applications.
The website opens in Portuguese by default. You can choose another language manually. After accepting optional cookies, statistics may estimate a city, region and country from the network. VPNs and connection settings may affect that estimate; it does not establish a home address or exact physical location.
Contact, reports and case history
Mural Jet has been removed from the website. References in this section apply only to retained historical records.
Contact and reporting forms require a name and email to identify and handle a request. A phone number is optional. They also record the chosen subject or category, message, language, date, reference number and technical information needed to prevent duplicates and abuse. Status history, internal notes and responses may form part of the related case record.
These messages are not published on Mural Jet. Access is restricted to administration and authorized people when needed for handling, investigation or a legal obligation. The forms do not accept attachments; use the official email if a document is needed and share only relevant information. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, full bank statements or unnecessary third-party data.
What is public on Mural Jet
Mural Jet has been removed from the website. References in this section apply only to retained historical records.
Mural Jet is a public conversation space. Posting and commenting require an authenticated Google account session; reading and liking do not require sign-in. We record the private account link, a chosen or assigned public nickname, text, title where relevant, language and dates. Nicknames and published content may be visible to visitors and search engines. Email, Google identifiers and account photos are not disclosed in conversations. Likes use a random cookie identifier and pseudonymized records to limit abuse. Moderation may act on already published content.
Public pages may appear in search engines, be shared or be copied by others. Avoid publishing phone numbers, full addresses, documents, financial information or other people's data in content intended for publication. Correction or removal requests are assessed with regard to your rights, others' rights and applicable obligations; RenanJet does not control independent copies and caches maintained by third parties.
Google accounts and sign-in authentication
Continue with Google is the primary option presented in RenanJet's sign-in experience. Displaying that button alone does not share account data: sharing depends on an enabled authentication flow and your action within it. When this method is used, authentication takes place in the identity provider's environment, and RenanJet does not ask for your Google account password in its forms.
Information received through Google sign-in should be limited to identity data associated with requested permissions, such as an account identifier, name, email and profile image where supplied. Google sign-in does not authorize general access to Gmail, contacts, files, calendars or financial information. Additional permissions need a separate purpose and request; authentication data is not intended for sale or behavioral advertising unrelated to that access.
The identity provider processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. You can manage permissions in your Google account and contact RenanJet through the official channel. Revoking permission stops corresponding access but does not automatically delete data retained on another valid basis. Authentication tokens and identifiers, where present, should receive protection appropriate to their purpose.
Banking authentication and specific permissions
Mural Jet has been removed from the website. References in this section apply only to retained historical records.
Access to a bank account is different from access to RenanJet. If you choose an available integrated financial feature, account authentication should occur in the responsible institution's official environment with its required checks. RenanJet does not ask you to send banking passwords, access codes, security tokens or message-delivered codes to its forms, staff or Mural Jet. Be cautious of such requests outside the official environment.
A financial connection should explain the feature used, data or operations authorized, purpose, duration and how to stop sharing. Depending on the chosen feature, this may involve authorization identifiers, account ownership information, account details or information needed to confirm a payment. It is not blanket permission to view balances, transactions or perform operations beyond the corresponding scope and conditions.
Where a flow is subject to Open Finance or regulated financial-service rules, required authorization, authentication and confirmation steps and participant qualifications must be observed. Describing this model does not declare RenanJet a regulated-scheme participant or a financial institution. Revoking permission may prevent the associated feature from working; it does not remove legally required retention of records of operations actually completed.
Location, rides and deliveries
Precise browser location requires its own permission, separate from cookie acceptance. Only after optional statistics are allowed may the website show the browser location request to identify the access region. Rejecting does not prevent browsing; without permission, only the network-based region estimate remains. Statistics do not store raw coordinates.
Location, trips and deliveries in the RenanJet application follow their own permissions and rules. Accepting website cookies does not enable continuous location, create requests or change professional availability. Browsing statistics do not use the camera or microphone.
Processing purposes and grounds
Mural Jet has been removed from the website. References in this section apply only to retained historical records.
Technical data enables page delivery, preferences and abuse protection. Form data enables receipt and handling of requests; Mural Jet information supports publication and moderation. Authentication or feature-specific data, where actually processed, should serve identification and use of that feature. Legal grounds are assessed for each operation rather than treating a single consent as permission for every activity.
Depending on the situation, LGPD grounds include legal obligations, exercising rights, performing a contract or requested steps before one, consent and legitimate interests. Legitimate interests require a legitimate purpose, necessity and consideration of the individual's rights and expectations; they are not unrestricted permission. Sensitive data has separate requirements. A report containing sensitive information should be handled according to necessity and the applicable legal ground, without presuming third parties' consent.
Processing in other territories
Infrastructure and provider locations may matter when identifying an international transfer. Language options do not determine where data is stored. Transfers subject to the LGPD require an appropriate lawful mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or permitted contractual safeguards, including ANPD-approved standard clauses where applicable. A generic contract or sentence in this policy does not replace that mechanism.
Where the GDPR or another territorial rule applies, its transfer, information and rights requirements should also be observed. Safeguards depend on the actual operation and participants. You may request information on sharing and conditions applicable to your data through the official channel, subject to lawful limits protecting others and protected secrets. We do not claim that every external service keeps data exclusively in Brazil.
Retention, closure and erasure
Mural Jet has been removed from the website. References in this section apply only to retained historical records.
Retention depends on each record's purpose and applicable obligations. Messages and reports relate to handling and any need for investigation or protection of rights; Mural Jet publications may remain while part of the community, subject to requests and moderation review. Editorial and audit records help explain changes. This policy does not set one unlimited retention period for all information.
Abuse counters use short windows, with expired records removed during service routines. Browser preferences follow the periods described here. Where Article 15 of Brazil's Internet Civil Rights Framework applies, application access records are subject to a six-month legal period under required confidentiality and security conditions; valid orders and other obligations may require specific retention. That does not authorize indiscriminate retention of communication contents.
Once information is no longer needed and no retention grounds remain, it should be erased, anonymized or otherwise handled appropriately. Deleting permission or public data does not require destruction of evidence legally required to be retained. Erasure requests are assessed with information about whether they can be fulfilled and any retention grounds. Independent third-party copies are not under RenanJet's direct control.
Security, prevention and incidents
The website uses HTTPS to protect communication between browser and servers. Private messages have no public retrieval endpoint, while access controls, input validation and sending limits help protect the channels. Abuse counters use an IP-derived identifier instead of storing plain-text IP addresses in that table. This reduces exposure but does not necessarily make all technical data anonymous or remove other infrastructure records.
Security requires continuing care and is not a promise of invulnerability, end-to-end encryption or zero risk. Incidents that could cause relevant risk or harm require assessment, containment and communication consistent with the LGPD and applicable rules, including ANPD requirements. Where notification is required, relevant information and legal time limits should be observed; an exclusion clause does not replace RenanJet's responsibilities.
Your rights over your data
Applicable laws provide rights considered in the context and conditions of each request. RenanJet does not treat website use as a waiver of those rights. You may make a request about data actually processed and ask about handling, any lawful limitations and necessary referrals.
LGPD rights include the possibilities below. Portability, erasure and review have legal and regulatory conditions; handling a request does not authorize disclosing others' data. Revoking consent does not automatically invalidate previously lawful processing or prevent retention supported by another legitimate ground.
- Confirm processing and access your data.
- Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated information.
- Request anonymization, blocking or erasure of unnecessary, excessive or unlawfully processed data.
- Request portability subject to applicable regulations and conditions.
- Request erasure of consent-based data, subject to lawful retention exceptions.
- Receive information about sharing and the option and consequences of declining consent.
- Withdraw consent and object to processing where the law is not being followed.
- Request review and information about solely automated decisions affecting your interests, where present.
How to make a request
Send your request to service@renanjet.io or use the website contact form, explaining the interaction or data involved and what you want clarified or requested. Where possible, provide a case reference or topic URL. Passwords and complete identity documents are not needed for initial contact. Identity checks, where necessary, should be proportionate and designed to prevent someone else from obtaining your data.
Exercising rights does not depend on a fee. Simplified or complete confirmation and access follow applicable deadlines; the full statement under LGPD Article 19 has a period of up to fifteen days. Other requests follow relevant deadlines and conditions. If a request cannot be fulfilled as submitted, reasons and available options should be explained. This channel does not prevent complaints to data protection or consumer authorities.
Automated controls and communications
Mural Jet has been removed from the website. References in this section apply only to retained historical records.
The website uses technical controls to validate messages, detect duplicates and limit excessive submissions. These controls may reject invalid requests or ask you to wait before submitting again. Mural Jet publication involves administrative moderation; technical limits do not guarantee every submission will be approved. You may report an issue through the official channel for assessment.
If a feature makes solely automated decisions affecting an individual's interests, corresponding rights and information should be respected. RenanJet does not claim to carry out credit assessment or financial profiling through institutional browsing. Support messages differ from advertising: contacting support does not authorize unrestricted campaigns, and promotional communications, if introduced, require appropriate grounds and choices where required.
Children, teenagers and sensitive information
Mural Jet has been removed from the website. References in this section apply only to retained historical records.
The institutional website does not offer a dedicated registration flow directed at children. Care remains necessary where a report or interaction includes children's or teenagers' information. Their best interests should prevail under the LGPD, Brazil's Child and Adolescent Statute and applicable digital protection rules. Parental consent, where needed, must meet specific legal conditions; a sentence in this policy does not replace it.
Avoid posting documents, health information, intimate details or situations exposing a child or another person on Mural Jet. Where a report needs sensitive information for assessment, limit it to what is necessary and use a private channel. Families, guardians and individuals may report exposure for review. Protection involves more than removing a name: message context may also identify someone.
Other countries and third-party environments
Where the GDPR applies, rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and complaint to a competent authority should be considered under that regime. Other regions' laws, including California privacy rules where applicable, may provide additional rights. Selecting a language does not replace an applicability assessment or remove mandatory rights in another territory.
External links, identity services and banking environments have their own processing conditions. Check the domain and information before providing data or authorizing an operation. A third party's responsibility for its environment does not remove RenanJet's responsibility for its own processing or assigned duties. Individuals' information should not be exposed as a way to shift responsibilities between users.
Updates, applicable law and courts
This policy may be updated to reflect actual changes to features, processing or applicable requirements. The stated date identifies the document version; material changes should be communicated appropriately. A change does not retrospectively make unlawful processing lawful or create consent for a new purpose. Each language version aims to communicate the same policy without reducing mandatory protections through translation.
For policy-related disputes where a choice of court is legally permitted and has the connection required by Article 63 of Brazil's Code of Civil Procedure, the courts of Brasília, Federal District, Brazil are designated. This is not exclusive to the detriment of mandatory rights: legally competent courts, consumer rights including a home court where guaranteed, and rules applicable in other jurisdictions remain preserved. Prior contact is not required as a condition of access to courts or authorities.
Nothing in this document displaces the LGPD, authorizes unlawful data use or constitutes a blanket waiver of responsibility. Where a provision cannot take effect in a particular context, rights and duties under applicable law remain preserved. Questions and requests concerning your data may be sent to the official channel at service@renanjet.io.
